Joined Consta Cool Pvt. Ltd., a company brought down to ashes by fire, as the core management team has known me since my days in Saeplast India. We have started getting dealer network and successfully recruited dealers in Bihar, Jharkhand, Karnataka, Kerala, North India. The turnover has touched 10.5 crores for last FY from 6.9 Crore.

SATMHS Ltd is specialised in returnable transit packaging and they have decided to follow the same path to grow in India, which was failing for last 14 months. I have always voiced my concern and 6months back the board accepted my suggestion and allowed to bring in the product which had user’s faith and trust. Now we are able to provide the users what they are familiar with and they also have trusted our new concept. g

I was picked up By Nilkamal Limited to start the rotational moulding product project which was accomplished in 7months and a turn over for this product range was 3.5 Crore every month within 2 months of operation. Credit goes to the fine tuning the available dealer network and field force available with the company for my project.

Saeplast India P. Ltd gave me the first chance to lead a company’s sales & marketing team with 2 dealers and 2 sales professional and a turnover of 1.2 crores. In less than 5 years we were 13 dealers across SAARC countries with 6 sales professionals with company and 65 with Dealers. Sales turnover crossed 7.5 crores for us.

In HSPPL, as Area Manager, Our area was always in 2nd number, while 1st position was either to West Bengal or Delhi NCR region
